We appreciate your interest in Focal Point Publishing to facilitate the publishing of your association's newsletter. Below are the specifications of the FocalPoint Publishing proposal to neighborhood and homeowner associations. We trust this will be an exciting opportunity for your association as it should provide a substantial net savings and income generation for you to use on other association desires.
- FocalPoint covers the expense of printing your newsletter
- FocalPoint, in most cases, covers the postage expense for your newsletter
- FocalPoint contracts with ethical businesses to advertise in each publication
- FocalPoint provides professional copy layout, edits, and creative design
- FocalPoint offers a monthly or quarterly publication to your residents
- Your association provides FocalPoint with publication content via email
- Your association has final review approval opportunity based on an agreed upon publication schedule
- Your association upon acceptance of these terms will provide Focal Point Publishing an electronic copy of the association's name and address and updates to this file when changes are made to the list. The list will only be used for publication of the newsletter. (If your association does not have such a list then the delivery method may be changed.)
- Minimum contract recommended is one year with either party having a six (6) month notice of cancellation option unless unethical practice justify early cancellation
